The drive from Kestell to Lesotho was another stunning one. For most of it you drive through this sandstone valley and the Golden Gate National Park. The river is beautiful and the scenery magnificent. So this took us to Lesotho, which is where we currently are. We are staying at a place called Malealea. This is near the south of the country and is right in the hills. Well, considering Lesotho is really just a series of big hills meaning everywhere is in the hills, this place is right in the hills. It is similar to Swaziland in that there are loads of rivers and waterfalls and gorges everywhere. We went on a bit of scenic drive this morning and had our first proper flat tyre. This is rather annoying seeing as we slashed one tyre on a rock in Namibia which means we now have no spares. Going to have to make a plan on that one. There a proper pub with sky TV at the campsite and so this evening will be spent watching the cricket and drinking beer I should imagine.
Shots around Malealea.
The Malealea watefalls. Due to poor rains they are a little low at the moment. The landy sporting a the new roof-rack. Changing the last spare.
More dogs. Every campsite in Africa has about 100 dogs! Me!
